Mr. Chandrakant Pangare

National Champion. Dedicated Yoga Educator. Part of the PRANA Yoga Faculty.

Yoga demands more than physical ability. It demands discipline, precision, consistency, and years of dedicated practice.

At PRANA, we are proud to have Mr. Chandrakant Pangare as part of our Yoga faculty, bringing his extensive experience in both Yoga Therapy and Competition Yoga to our students and practitioners.

Mr. Pangare has built an exceptional record in competitive Yoga. In 2019, he secured the Gold Medal at the 44th National Yoga Championship, held from 9–12 November.

The achievement marked his 17th consecutive National Gold Medal and his 10th consecutive selection for the International Yoga Sports Championship.

His continued excellence also earned him selection for the 9th Asian Yoga Sports Championship 2020 in Malaysia.

From Competition to Teaching

What makes Mr. Pangare’s journey particularly valuable at PRANA is the opportunity to bring this depth of practice and competitive experience into teaching.

Through Yoga Therapy, he helps practitioners develop greater awareness of movement, alignment, discipline, and purposeful practice.

Through Competition Yoga, he works with students seeking to develop their practice with greater precision, consistency, strength, flexibility, and performance-oriented discipline.

His experience represents two complementary dimensions of Yoga:

Yoga as a pathway to health and well-being.
Yoga as a discipline pursued with excellence.

At PRANA, these perspectives come together.

A Legacy of Practice. A Commitment to Teaching.

With 17 consecutive National Gold Medals and 10 consecutive International selections, Mr. Pangare’s journey reflects years of dedication to the practice of Yoga.

Today, he continues that journey by sharing his knowledge and experience with the PRANA community.

We are proud to have him as part of the PRANA Yoga faculty.
