Dr Ayushi Shrikhande is the Head of Prana HYC since August 2018. She has graduated as a Homoeopathic physician from Mumbai University. She has done her Post-Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management, followed by an MBA with specialization in ‘International Business’. She is also a Certified Trainer by NABET (National Accreditation Board For Education & Training).
She has a 20+years of successful experience in providing strategic, administrative and operations leadership to Healthcare Organisationsin uniquely challenging conditions. She is the Ex-Vice President for Strategy & Operations, for a multilocation tertiary care hospital. Her expertise includes all areas of healthcare management, including Equity Financing, Hospital Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Operations, Finance, International Business Development, Procurement, Accreditations, Staff training & Development.
She is a committed, high-integrity, energetic individual known for ability to envision and create successful outcomes in complex situations.And has a diverse industry and functional expertise with a tenacious and positive attitude.
